There are five easy steps to participate…
Step #1. CHOOSE A TRAINER!
Choose one of our Professional Trainers to work with you and provide all of the necessary tools needed to achieve maximum weight loss. Existing clients who receive Personal Training or have an assigned Trainer are automatically a member of their Trainer’s team. For everyone else; contact one of our Professional Personal Trainers!
Step #2. SIGN UP!
Sign up and have any Trainer verify and record your current weight.
Step #3. GET STARTED!
Your Trainer will customize an exercise program and meal plan to meet your needs. They will also provide you with support and motivation along the way. Begin to work out REGULARLY and follow your meal plan! Consider scheduling some Personal Training sessions during the contest period to ensure the best results. Great times are available!
Step #4. WEIGH YOURSELF EACH WEEK!
Check your weight once a week on a pre-set check up day, and record your weight.
Step #5. MELT AWAY THE POUNDS!
