The Fit & Healthy 8 Week Trim Down Challenge combines a personalized fitness program along with proper nutrition all under the guidance of one of our certified Fitness Professionals!


Each participant will receive:

  • An assigned Professional Fitness Trainer to work with you throughout the program, to monitor your progress and ensure you remains on track for achieving results! 
  • Fitness Assessments, one at start and one more at the end of the program.
  • A customized exercise program, designed specifically for your fitness level and abilities.
  • 3 Personal Training sessions with your Professional Fitness Trainer to ensure that you understand proper form and technique for every exercise.
  • Nutritional counselling and a 7-Day Meal Plan (complete with delicious recipes), all based on your specific metabolic rate.
  • A 8 Weeks Fitness Studio membership to our facility, along with unlimited support from our Trainers.
  • Emailed motivational support from your assign Fitness Trainer.

There are five easy steps to participate…


Step #1. SIGN UP!

Sign up and have a Fitness Evaluation by one of out certified Personal Trainers.


Step #2. CHOOSE A TRAINER!

Choose one of our Professional Trainers to work with you and provide all of the necessary tools needed to achieve maximum weight loss. Existing clients who receive Personal Training or have an assigned Trainer are automatically a member of their Trainer’s team. For everyone else; contact one of our Professional Personal Trainers!


Step #3. GET STARTED!

Your Trainer will customize an exercise program and meal plan to meet your needs. They will also provide you with support and motivation along the way. Begin to work out REGULARLY and follow your meal plan! Consider scheduling some Personal Training sessions during the challenge period to ensure the best results. 


Step #4. WEIGH YOURSELF EACH WEEK!

Check your weight once a week on a pre-set check up day, and record your weight.


Step #5. MELT AWAY THE POUNDS!
