Fit & Healthy Centre offers training programs to develop or improve necessary skills for specific sports at different levels of competition.
INCREASE YOUR
Athletic Training combines strength, endurance, speed, agility, interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight, TRX, medicine balls, stability balls to develop or improve necessary skills for specific sports at different levels of competition.
Our Athletic Training program not only offers a great workout, but nutritional advice as well.
Periodic evaluations will be performed and reports will be provided to the parents.
Our Athletic Conditioning Training will accommodate a maximum of 4 (four) athletes per session.
Each session will run 60 minutes.
