Healthy Centre offers training programs to develop or improve necessary skills
for specific sports at different levels of competition.
combines strength, endurance, speed, agility, interval training, and many other
exercises using weights and/or body weight, TRX, medicine balls, stability
balls to develop or improve necessary skills for specific sports at different
levels of competition.
Training program not only offers a great workout, but nutritional advice as
evaluations will be performed and reports will be provided to the parents.
Conditioning Training will accommodate a maximum of 4 (four) athletes per session.
will run 60 minutes.
