Small Group Personal Training has been gaining popularity because it’s an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.
Small Group Personal Training provides social support and encouragement to all those taking part. Each session is tailored to your personal fitness level ensuring that they are challenging, allowing anyone at any fitness level to participate. Our Group Training sessions are held both in-studio and outdoors when the weather allows.
With Small Group Personal Training, training sessions are shared with anyone you want to train with. Be it your spouse, family members, friends or other members in our Studio, you train together with the assistance of a certified Trainer. Even if you are not at the same fitness level, your Trainer will work with each of you to be sure your workout is challenging.
Small Group Personal Training combines weight training, running, plyometrics, interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight, TRX, medicine balls, stability balls to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, increase endurance, and help you get into a regular exercise routine.
Small Group Personal Training offers workout sessions that focus on a specialized format, individual progression and skill development. Groups range from 3-6 people and are based on various fitness goals. Most workouts are scheduled in four week blocks. Maximize your workout in a short time frame with the help of personal trainer.
Coach: Katherine Cameron, certified Personal Trainer and Boot-Camp specialist
- Tuesday – Thursday at 6:00pm and Saturday at 12:00pm.
- Each session will run for 60 minutes.
- Small Group Personal Training Sessions will accommodate a minimum of three and no more than six people.
- Each program block will run for 4 weeks.
Price: You can;
- Purchase 4 Weeks Program/3 sessions per week: Members $150.00 / Non-members $180.00
- Purchase a 10 session card: Members $150.00 / Non-Members $180.00
- Pay as you go: Members $16.00 / Non Members $19.00
NOTE: If you are participating in classes via “10 session card” OR “Pay as you go”, please be aware that individuals who have paid for the entire program block will receive priority.
