Florin (Flo) Olteanu - Owner/Manager
As Owner and Manager of Fit & Healthy Personal Training Studio since it’s beginning in 1994.
Flo has a degree in Physical Education, is a certified Fitness and Nutritional Consultant and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Flo has been an athlete all his life, competing at the highest levels of competition, but highlights in his personal background include participation in the 1988 Olympic Winter Games in the bobsled event.
Flo specializes in designing personalized fitness and nutritional programs to assist each client with their specific goals and objectives. From weight loss management, accident/injury rehabilitation, cardio/orthopedic rehabilitation, sports conditioning, to improving health and physical fitness, Flo will design an effective program just for you. Flo monitors the results being achieved by every client of Fit and Healthy and works with each trainer to modify client programs, thereby guaranteeing success!

Ben Graham - CPT
In March of 2014, Fit & Healthy was pleased to welcome Ben Graham to its team of Certified Professional Trainers and Nutrition Specialist. Ben, a "Windsor Boy" by birth, comes to us having had a successful career in the discipline of Isshinryu Karate. Achieving the rank of 1st degree black belt, Ben has competed in over 40 martial arts competitions between 2007 and 2011. Highlights of Ben's amateur career include the Michigan Sport Karate Circuit & Great Lakes Karate Circuit 2010 Black Belt State Champion and being a member of WKC (World Kickboxing Council) Team Canada competing at the Kickboxing World Championships in Cadiz Span in 2011.
Ben has a real passion for helping and motivating his clients to become a stronger version of themselves, both mentally and physically through personal training Being certified as a Can-Fit-Pro Trainer in 2011, Ben worked as a an independent Trainer for the last two years . His infectious enthusiasm and positive demeanour has already provided his clients within the determination to reach goals which once seemed unattainable. Pose a question to Ben and if he doesn't know, he finds out as he continues to educate himself in the field of health and wellbeing, fitness and nutrition.

Max Toulouse - CPT
May 2016 is when Max Toulouse joined Fit & Healthy Personal Training Studio as a Certified Personal Trainer! Having been certified as a Can-Fit Personal Trainer in October 2015 and immediately securing employment with one of the “big box” gyms, Max has gained valuable experience working with a variety of clients, each with their own unique goals. His emphasis has been to focus on building the key training fundamentals and developing functional strength, ensuring each client is better prepared to live a ”fit & healthy” lifestyle, every day. Max knows of what he speaks as he himself was successful in achieving a 40 lbs. weight loss in just 3 months. Motivation is the key!
Having worked with the Canadian Armed Forces as a Primary Reservist- Infantryman for a year and a half, participated in boxing for 2 years and currently focusing his training on power lifting, Max continues to live an inspiring, active life. Kathleen Dunn - RMT
Kathleen (Katie) joined Fit and Healthy as their on-site registered massage therapist on March 1st 2017. She has been licensed since with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2007.
Kathleen specializes in deep tissue work and myofascial release, but is not limited to this in her practice. She has had much experience and success working with people with chronic pain conditions and continues to develop her skills to help people live and work pain-free.
At your appointment expect a therapist who understands how the body functions and compensates, and is ready to use her knowledge to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
